If you get a two piece you can get half and half, one spicy piece and one regular. 8 out of 10 highly recommend. Excited to go back and try other menu item's.“

“There's a Pollo Loco closer to my work than Juan Pollo, but it's definitely worth the extra mile or two for Juan Pollo, for the following reasons (based on my comparison of a leg & thigh meal):

Freshness: Juan Pollo's chicken is hotter, more tender, juicy, and flavorful.

You get more: not only is the taste better, but the chicken is noticeably larger and instead of only 2 smaller (corn) tortillas at Pollo Loco, you get 3 larger tortillas at Juan Pollo.

For almost $2 less than Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo's meal doesn't include a drink.
