“This company has been so responsive since the very first time I emailed them to request a quote! I cannot tell you what peace of mind that gave me and planning my husband’s birthday party. They are so amazing! Benito arrived early and had the food ready at five minutes before the start time for dinner. He was amazing! He was friendly and greeted all the guests. At the end of the evening he carefully packed up all of the food that was left and brought it inside. All of my guests were super impressed with the food! (The Pastor and Carnitas were my personal favorites). All of the food was excellent and the ingredients tasted fresh. The meat they had was seriously the best meat that I’ve had from a taco stand in a long time. I went with the traditional five meats, and paid extra and got Carnitas and jumbo lime shrimp. The price was great and the quality was even better! I will definitely be using them again anytime I need a catering. This was for my husband‘s birthday party and we had about 45 guests and I had tons of food left over and everybody ate a lot at the party.“

The sales and planning coordination team were exemplary, especially David and Tamica, who were consistently responsive through email and communication.The venue itself is stunning, and May proved to be the perfect time for a wedding. We chose Wedgewood Rio Hondo primarily due to its convenient location and its nearly all-in-one solution. While I had to handle many wedding details myself, the ability to choose from a selection of vendors within a single package was a significant advantage.David, our coordinator, was exceptional. He made the entire process stress-free and even assisted with my bridal veil hair accessory, which was a thoughtful touch.The only slight downside was the reception. Our guests experienced a longer wait for their food, and the taste was somewhat mediocre, despite opting for duel plated meals.Overall, I give Wedgewood Wedding Rio Hondo a solid 4/5, largely due to the outstanding efforts of David and the rest of the sales and coordination team.“

“My friend and I heard about a special type of chili Relleño that was topped with a walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds. It is called chili en nogada. They have it here, and it was spectacular. The special ingredients compliment each other. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. We sat outside where they have a beautiful garden with fruit trees. including pomegranate, passion, and avocados. I've added a picture of the chili cut in half. Must try!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Basil Pizza Bar. First and foremost, the pizza and all the food was great! I am something of a pizza snob, and this was really wonderful. Pastas, salads, appetizers.....all wonderful. Now for the staff: Landro, Garrett and Giorgio were the best! They set up in our limited space perfectly and it all looked great. They prepared and served the food with style, and interacted with our guests in a friendly and professional way. My guests loved these guys! “The Coffee Cart Boys came to my complex for a special holiday treat.I had the Hussler and my husband had the Tuxedo. I was pleasantly surprised at how Good my coffee was. My husband was as well. “I really love smash burgers but I don't eat non Kosher beef and frequent vegan restaurants for their cleanliness. Its really difficult to make a non vegan smash burger taste good.Their original was insanely delicious and filling. It was the perfect amount of food. And the service was really fantastic. They efficiently answered all of my questions, they comped me fries when the folks in front of me were taking way too long to order.Additionally there's a chef there that looks like she's Angela Ye and she IS NOT having it.10 out of 10 recommend.“

“They specialize in Gorditas and they definitely make a quality Gordita. Super flavorful, the salsa reminds me of the one my mom makes. They have tons of options too, vegetarian (rajas con queso), pescatarian (shrimp and papas), etc. The chorizo and papas and the chile verde were delicious. Love that their chicharrón is a combination of meat, chicharrón, and buche. Highly recommend, just keep in mind if that area is busy especially from the nearby brewery parking is a hassle. Calling ahead would be advised as well since everything is made fresh and takes awhile.

The food was great and believe me you will not be disappointed. The staff was very nice and easy to work with in particular the two ladies that worked with me and help me to put together my party in a short period of time, Roberta and Sandra….Roberta in particular has a good sense when it comes to ideas to decorate… you just need to tell her what theme you want for your party and she make sure that everything goes accordingly to your taste. She listened and within your ideas and her inputs I can guarantee you that everything will come out BEAUTIFUL. My theme was “Havana Night “ and everything came out better than I expected…So if you look for a place to have fun and created memories that will last forever, I would highly recommended this place !!“
