“Consistently fantastic espresso and cappuccino at Handlebar - fairly close approximation to a French cafe, as people hang out here for hours on end. Outside patio (dogs allowed) - this is a legit SB locals place. Starbucks SUCKS! (Handlebar has a downtown location as well, but I prefer De La Vina).“

“If you are looking for an Amazing And Beautiful event venue for a wedding reception, a birthday party, a bachelorette, or any occasion venue. I Highly Highly recommend State and Fig in Santa Barbara! From planning to execution, Patrick and Serina made my niece’s wedding Perfect! I don’t use Perfect lightly, as I am known to be critical and a perfectionist especially when it comes to events. They made my niece's wedding planning experience so easy, from booking the venue to providing Customized menu options, and ALWAYS received quick responses any time we had questions as well as added personal touches of their own to the wedding. Serina and Patrick were extremely helpful, detailed, and knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted and how they could help. On the wedding day, The whole staff was very friendly, attentive, communicative, accommodating, Extremely helpful, and responsive, from assisting with centerpiece decorations, to serving hors d’oeuvres Always with a smile, making sure Each and Every guest was taken care of throughout the night, I was very impressed! Now for the food, EXCEPTIONAL, the taste was phenomenal, the meat was tender, the salmon was cooked perfectly, Nothing was over/undercooked, so delicious and the guests would not stop talking about how good the hors d’oeuvre and main courses were! Thank you, Serina, Patrick, and your staff from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make my niece’s wedding day beyond wonderful, and Perfect! We certainly will be back even for a weekend getaway! 😊“

“My daughter loves this place and took us there for lunch. The line was long and it took 30min to order then another 35/40min to get the food so quite long overall. They were nice enough to spontaneously bring us a free scone for dessert for the long wait. We all had sandwiches: the breakfast, the Reuben and grilled cheese, honestly they all were delicious!! We also had a coffee, lemonade and a fizzy drink plus a cheesecake, bill was $100 so not cheap. The shop is super nice with really cool bougie assortment, also not cheap but very beautiful.“

“We stopped in for breakfast on our way up the coast of Cali. Everything we ate and drank was delicious. I ordered the Hibiscus cold brew, the carmelised onion and goat cheese quiche, and the banana bread. Not only is everything fresh and tasty- the ambience is amazing 🤩 I think I'd fly back out just to visit this cafe 🥰“

“I worked with Justin and the team at Crush Cakes for Riley and Tanner’s wedding on April 24 at Villa + Vine in Santa Barbara, and they were amazing to work with! The cake they created was not only delicious, but gorgeously executed with a vintage vibe and delicate pearls throughout. It was truly a showstopper and quickly became the talk of the night during the reception. Guests couldn’t stop admiring it!
Justin was so helpful and communicative, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free for my couple. As a wedding planner, I am absolutely looking forward to working with Crush Cakes again in August and highly recommend them to all my SB brides/grooms!“

“I absolutely love the creative lattes and drinks here! Especially the sesame cappuccino they have. Not too strong on the sesame, so even if you are a first timer to try this latte flavor, it is super friendly.
I definitely recommend this place, especially if you are walking down state st and need a drink!“

“This place is the best! I love the crystal lighting, fresh floral bouquets, scrumptious cuisine and coffee. I had an almond croissant, which was lightly sweetened and so delicious. But, what makes this place the very best is the amazing service. You can tell that the staff really enjoy working here! Alessia has a lot be proud of, for creating such a wonderful place in Santa Barbara to enjoy the finer things in life: Family, friendship, and croissants, ofcourse!!! Kudos to Katie (I hope I spelled your name correctly) for making me feel so welcome. You all gave me the best service that I've had in quite a while. THANK YOU!“

“Saint Remy is a cute little spot connected to the Marriott on State St, the restaurant area has such a fun and beachy atmosphere I loved it! I had some yummy poolside drinks and food, and the service was great! Definitely one of my new favorite spots.“

“I found my favorite coffee place in Santa Barbara! Coffee is strong, well prepared and served beautifully. Avocado toast is wonderful, they use real bread! There is a parking lot there, I did not have any issues finding parking. I will be back“
