I was looking for somewhere to meet up with a colleague for lunch and CP came highly recommended. My colleague did the ordering. I found the taste and selection of dim sum to be one of the highlights. CP does get noisy. Service is excellent. Restaurant comps underground parking.
Probably the most elegant and original dim sum in Los Angeles. Not at all cheap, but each dish seems to be made-to-order and served very hot straight out of the kitchen. Order off menu rather than select off of roaming carts. Creative, almost beautiful crafting of items (see photo). In the Courtyard hotel right on Atlantic Blvd. in downtown Monterey Park just off the 10 freeway.
