“This place got some new drinks. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their new choco strawberry frosty and strawberry Hokkaido milk tea to try. The frosty had an icy, rich, deeply chocolatey base with a creamy, tangy, cheesey strawberry foam. Legit a desert drink. My fave was definitely the strawberry Hokkaido milk tea tho. Very floral, milky, and sweet, with plenty of jiggly strawberry jellies. Overall these were lowkey pretty good.

The Tea is a popular local tea shot in Monterey. They are located in a shopping plaza on Atlantic avenue. Their tea drinks are compendious. Staff were competent. It was my first time here and was impressed with their tea drinks. I had an Avocado smash smoothie and Mango pomelo sago. Both were very good at an affordable price. This tea shop is welcoming and relaxing.

Overall, I enjoyed their drinks. I recommend it.“

“This is my new favorite hang out spot for popcorn chicken. The prices are very very good and drinks are decent though. The drinks are very sweet so make sure to adjust the sugar levels. Everybody and their mamas out here so it does get very busy so be patient. They only have 2 workers.“

“I have been here twice now. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Really friendly staff and helpful to figure out what’s vegan. I have tried the breakfast burrito, tacos, and vegan sandwich. I also want to give a special shoutout to the owner. I see her almost every morning with her two little babies, and I truly admire her dedication and work ethic. Running a business is challenging on its own, and doing it while caring for two young children is incredible. My favorite is their spicy honey shrimp this is a must try. It doesn’t matter if you get the taco or the burrito or on its own in the bowl the shrimp is out of this world.“

“Healthy healthy... HEALTHY! If this fatty can indulge here, so can you. This is probably the healthiest food and drink shop in a 20 mile radius. The fresh fruit smoothies are amazing and sandwiches to die for. I'm always stuck with... Should I get Chinese? May be a burger? Tacos sound good too... But when this spot comes on my radar, it ends up in top of my list.

I tried the mango coconut jelly and the mango pomelo sago and both were a mild sweetness that was not overwhelming making it easy to enjoy the entire dessert from start to finish. And you get a cute jar to keep and reuse so that’s a plus!“
