Morning Summit is a very traditional Chinese breakfast spot, but their menu has some Taiwanese-style items.
It wasn't busy during lunch on a weekday. I saw a several tables that had just one person eating alone.
-Purple rice roll (fan tuan) $7.19 - I added a tea egg for $1.79 extra. They put half on each end of the rice roll. The rice was sweet and there was too much of it. I would have enjoyed more pickled veggies (suan cai).

The staff were amazing, friendly and helped me select a great breakfast. The pork stuffed pancake was amazing and they give you so much food! If I'm in the area, this will be my go to restaurant!
