Saturday breakfast @ 8:30 am - youtiao, house crepe, salty soy milk, soy pudding with traditional sauce Service: attentive, and super polite, way beyond my expectations Ambiance: casual, clean and well-organized. Been looking for an authentic dou jiang you tiao spot in the SGV for a while now and finally found it! This place is sooo good!! They even make their own dou jiang in-house! Their service is surprisingly good. Highly recommend!

This is one of the closer places I could find 肉夹馍 rou jia mo (Chinese hamburger), so I stopped by and have a try. We just came back from a trip to Xi ‘A which is the birthplace of this food. The taste was ok. They added some chopped green pepper which I don’t think the authentic version has it. The bun is also a bit more burnt compared to the authentic version. Overall not too bad but just don’t expect it’s the original version!
