“I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such an outstanding experience at Jamba Juice that I had to take a moment to give a shoutout to two incredible team members — Payton Vong and Eric Lara. From the moment I walked in, both of them made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a customer.

Payton was the first to greet me with a warm and upbeat attitude that immediately brightened my day. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to answer my questions and help me customize my smoothie to fit what I was looking for. He offered thoughtful suggestions and was patient and kind throughout the whole process, which made it clear that He truly cares about the customer experience.

Eric was just as impressive — his speed and precision behind the counter were top-notch. He was focused and efficient but never rushed, and you could tell he takes pride in the quality of his work. My smoothie was blended perfectly, with the exact consistency and flavor balance I hoped for. On top of that, he checked in with a friendly smile when handing it over, making sure everything was just right.

It’s rare to see such great teamwork and positivity in a fast-paced setting like this. Payton and Eric clearly work well together, creating a welcoming and smooth-running environment that reflects the best of what Jamba Juice has to offer. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly service made my visit not just a quick stop for a smoothie, but a genuinely uplifting experience.

“Wentzel Pretzels is conveniently located inside the Union Station. They have a wide variety of drinks, pretzels and hotdogs. They make their pretzels early in the morning before they open at 7 am. So you get a freshly baked food. Staff were cordial and competent. Overall, it’s a nice and modest pretzel shop to stop by going to work or home.“
