I called in my order, and when picking it up, it was exactly what I wanted. Heavy sauce! Loving it! Very clean atmosphere and dining area. Not to loud and plenty of tvs showing sports.

I concur with "Beach P" about the ambience there. The staff person is rude and business seems to be way down there. Not a pleasant place. I was a regular customer pre-pandemic and tried to get back into it but the vibe and attitude there is all wrong. Gave it a try but won't be going back for a while. The place seems like a mess and the toilet was crusted for the longest time, and the men's urinal has been out of service for weeks - the lovely black plastic trash bag solution....read full review

Had one last night. Seems the new owners inherited the previous owner's awesome recipe. I always order the skinny crust with creamy garlic sauce and lots of meat on top. I usually have it delivered so as I can eat in peace. They had a woman working there, (Colorado Ave Palo Alto location) who made it almost unbearable to eat while in the restaurant. She screamed, yelled and laughed in loud Spanish language desperately seeking attention. It became so undesirable on two occasions...read full review
