“The spicy beef noodle soup was fantastic. All the spices and flavors were just amazing. So fresh and flavorful. When you find a quality place like this for pho, it instantly becomes the “go-to” favorite. I will definitely be returning for both the soup AND fresh boba. The quality of the freshly made boba was unlike any other boba I’ve ever tasted. I’m not just writing a review that pushes a place. These are honest to God truthful reviews . “This is THE BEST TONKOTSU RAMEN this west of Sawtelle or Little Tokyo!! If you're reading this review do yourself a favor and get in here!I've been meaning to try this place for a long time and then finally did and I crave it all the time. I've been in four times in the last 3 weeks. I think I'm gonna go there today.Kansui is truly THE BEST RAMEN IN THE AREA. There are three other spots semi local but they don't even compare to the quality and consistency of these ramen bowls. I love a traditional Hakata Ramen with the smaller noodles in Tonkotsu Broth with Chashu Pork and this place is up there with the best in LA. They cook the noodles right between medium and firm just the way I like them. I do wish that there were chili powder, chili oil and sesame seeds on the table but I usually can get them when I ask.I love the interior. The service is always good as well.The menu is small because the execution is perfect! A smaller menu to me always means better quality dishes. Places that have too many choices on the menu in the ramen world are a huge red flag for me.Seriously though, GET IN HERE ASAP!!!“

“I have only order for delivery from door dash. The food is amazing. The best asian food in Simi. Love the papaya salad, curries. The flavors are well balance. Not overly sweet or overly spicy. Even when the food is being delivered, food come hot. I order two days in a row. I have tried other Thai food in Simi valley. I'm only ording from Thai Noodles for now on.“

“Hands-down some of the best Thai food I have had in Los Angeles. We eat here at least once per month and this place nails it every time! Every dish I have tried here is perfectly rich with incredibly nuanced flavors. Though it's impossible to choose a favorite, the Khao Soy curry noodle is one of the most interesting dishes here and every shrimp lover should try it at least once. My whole family loves this restaurant and the owners and employees are all wonderful. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality, flavor, and amount of food is WELL worth it.Vegetarian options: Like most Thai restaurants, most dishes are vegetarian by default with meat as an option.Kid-friendliness: My kids beg us to go here!“

“I forgot what a little piece of heaven tasted like. I Stopped in for lunch takeout and tried their special Crispy shrimp. Oh my Goodness! I even ate the broccoli side that was fresh and so crispy too. YUM YUM YUM! I wish the staff was a little friendlier. You Cannot have everything, I guess.“

“I came here for a team lunch with my colleagues. It's overall a solid place for Thai food in the Newbury Park area. Parking is plentiful, since it's located in a large plaza. We were immediately seated, and I took a look at their specials menu. The Pumpkin Curry sounded interesting, so I ordered it along with a Thai Iced Tea. The Thai Iced Tea was very refreshing, and I finished it within minutes. The Pumpkin Curry was pretty good, but doesn't surpass my love for standard Yellow Curry. The pumpkin pieces tasted a little off with the red curry and peppers, but it was still worth a try! The place is on the smaller side, with a more cozy ambiance. Not a bad place for meals with teammates or close friends. While I prefer getting Thai food in the OC area, Exotic Thai is not a bad option if you find yourself with a craving for Thai food.“
