“This place is a hidden gem! It has a small semi-shaded patio with water fountain and gorgeous greenery....bougainvillea and all sorts of large cactus plants. The indoors is very cozy yet elegant. They serve a wide variety of colourful, delicious meals. We enjoy being off the main thoroughfare and tucked away here. The service has always been very friendly and welcoming .“

“This place is definitely one that you can come home to and enjoy the food of. Me, my brother, and my mom would always come here at least once a week and the owner always had such a welcoming attitude whenever we came in. The absolute care and hospitality put into this little restaurant really made my family want to keep coming back here again and again. I really hope that this place blows up! I RECOMMEND THE PAD SEE EW HEAVY ‼️“

“My friend and I were able to get in on a Friday night, and I felt the experience was very good. The service was prompt and the ambiance was definitely classy and East Bay. I think the tables were slightly close to each other, creating an intimate environment but also easier to hear others talk. I was not super impressed with the food, but I think this is personal and my experience is not universal.“

“Seems to be primarily a pick up/take out place but I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a table if you’ve got the time! The interior is beautifully decorated with a fountain that adds a delightful ambiance. Obviously, the food was fantastic, and the servers are also really attentive and kind. Five stars, ten out of ten, give them a Michilen already ⭐️“

“Cool place (love the decor/style), nice staff & tasty food. Some dishes you will not find in the average Thai restaurant in the Bay Area. For example, the chef or owner is from northern Thailand so the menu features a top Northern Thai dish - Kao Soi noodle soup (beef or chicken), or the all time fav 'street food' grilled pork skewers (moo ping) served with sticky rice (ck out the menu on their website). I had the Pad Kemao Chicken (menu says beef but they are happy to make dishes with what you like & even have Beyond Meat dishes on the menu - cool to see stir fried basil with Beyond Meat (Krapao Beyond Neur)). The taste of my wok fried pad kemao was delicious, same or better than any I've had on prior trips to Bangkok. Glad to have discovered a solid Thai restaurant that doesn't have watered down flavors. Good to see they have a lot of gluten free and vegan choices on the menu too. Definitely will be back, keep up the good work!“

“I don’t rate places often, but when I do, it’s because I seriously love them. This place has become one of my favorite places in the region after just one visit!! Perfectly balanced and satisfying flavors and unreal quality of the dishes. Service was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was great as well. Every dish was even better than I had imagined and seriously just so good. I texted my friend about it after the first bite to say how amazing it was. Will be taking tons of people here!“

“We got take out . All the stuff we ordered came correct . I thoroughly enjoyed this crab fried rice. The sauce it came with was a flavor bomb! My cousin is allergic to shellfish but it was so good he ate some anyways . I guess it was worth the runs. Their samosa , pad Thai and soups were great !“

“As soon as you walk in- you are greeted by courteous & inviting staff. We ordered cocktails at the bar while we waited for a table. The wait was less than 5 min and the place was packed with happy diners. My pumpkin curry was pleasing to the eye and tasted delicious-although some pieces of pumpkin were raw. The lemongrass chicken medium spiced was delicious (full of flavor with the bright lemongrass & herbaceous spice). We shared the mango salad with shrimp -medium spice. Fresh & crisp & the shrimp were poached to perfection. We WILL return. *Ask for Alice.“

“I ordered takeout khao man gai and mango sticky rice and it was delicious! The sauces that go with the khao man gai were so falvorful and added so much depth to the dish. The mango sticky rice was also super good. The coconut sauce was sweet with a hint of saltiness to balance out the dish, and although mangos are not in season right now, the mangoes were still sweet. I would come back here and order something else on the menu because I would want to try what else they have :)“

“Really yummy food and great service. Went for lunch with some friends and we enjoyed our meals. It a small place(indoors) but outside the patio is pretty large. The server was so nice and friendly. We were the only ones there so we got VIP treatment lol. I ordered the lunch combo yellow curry with veggies, chicken spring rolls and Thai tea. It didn’t miss a beat! The flavors were amazing and the veggies were cooked perfect. We also had the chicken wings as appetizers. GET THEM! They were delicious. Definitely coming back.“

“This restaurant is a hidden gem, run by a very kind, cheerful man who’s a fantastic host. The food is delicious and generous, and the menu is flexible—especially for vegetarians, with no extra charges. Plus, it has its own parking! It’s my third time here, and I’m absolutely delighted!“

“Genuinely my favorite spot in the bay, everything I’ve ever tried on the menu is delicious. Highly recommend the fried chicken bowl with garlic noodles. If you only want chicken and noodles, no veggies, get the Tanya special. More expensive, but enough food for 2 meals for the average person. But try everything, it’s all amazing!“

“Had to take my daughter to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland and we were looking for a good place to have lunch before her appointment. My daughter spotted this restaurant and we are absolutely in love. Clean, comfortable eating area inside and outside. Variety on the menu and best Thai food we’ve eaten in a long time. Amazing flavors and portions are just right. And let’s not forget the Thai tea, best everrr! Seriously highly recommend for lunch and dinner if you are in the Oakland area.“

“Went there for dinner on NBA All Star Game Night. We discovered this place while hunting for a place to eat in the neighborhood. We ordered Pad Woon Sen, Yellow Curry, Mango Curry and Pineapple Fried Rice. Each dish was flavorful, and the Curries go superbly with white rice! Wait staff was very attentive, the decor was tasteful and uncluttered, making the experience very enjoyable. We will be back to try the other offerings!“

“I had a great experience at this Thai restaurant. It has a nice cozy mom n’ pop atmosphere to it. Service was good, I ordered a cup of tom yum soup with a side of jasmine rice and it was very yummy. My friend who I went with is from Castro Valley and they always order the Pad Kee Mao. Super solid option if you’re craving noodles and a bit of spice! This is just my preference but I really liked how they used glass cups for water rather than plastic like how most restaurants use. The only thing that I wish they included on their menu is a papaya salad. I love papaya salad so I was a bit disappointed when I couldn’t find it on the menu. Overall, this was a solid Thai restaurant so I would recommend trying it and supporting their small business!“

“At this restaurant, I ate some of the most delicious Thai food I have ever eaten. I had a late dinner with my sons to celebrate my birthday, and i had the best time. This is a small family-owned restaurant where the husband cooks, and the wife, Clair, hosts. They are both very professional and coordial individuals. The place is small, but their food is full of flavor.
I highly recommend the Thai Table Oak Grove restaurant.“

“I usually order the basil chicken or the green curries but everything is good there. Be careful if you request spicy, mom in kitchen will think you want it “Thai spicy” if you don’t elaborate. Thai spicy dropped me and I love spicy. 😂“

“A hidden gem in Walnut Creek and an absolute must-try for Thai food lovers! After trying almost every Thai spot in the Bay Area, this one stands out as the best, hands down. The flavors are vibrant, perfectly balanced, and every dish we tried was a home run.
The service was just as amazing, the waitress was so warm and welcoming, and the chef personally came out to check on us, which added such a thoughtful touch to the experience. Little details like that truly set this place apart.
Don’t miss the Pad Thai, it’s hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The sweet and sour pineapple tofu dish was another standout, with a perfect blend of tangy and sweet flavors.
They even boxed up our leftovers for us, which was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. This place has won me over, and I’ll definitely be back often. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and try this spot—you’ll be hooked!“

“They just hosted our annual Post-Thanksgiving Dinner. We were a party of 30. So much amazing food, and the service was wonderful. “The praram sauce was delicious. They made the sauce vegetarian on request and it was absolutely delicious despite a modification. The veggies in the praram vegetables dish were cooked to perfection as well. Waiting for next visit 🤤
Vegetarian options: Truly vegetarian alternatives on request. At a lot of places the vegetarian swaps taste fishy (pun unintended). No such thing here, their vegetarian dishes are truly free from meat/fish. Thank u Pagarung 🙏“

“(The name is a fake one, used because I’m uncomfortable using my real name online) bought Pad Thai (hope I spelt that right) and it was amazing, super delicious and flavorful. I only bought one but honestly I should’ve bought more, it was that good. The portion size was pretty big and left me full after. Customer service was great too! The restaurant has a cozy feel to it, it’s very inviting. Will definitely be coming back more frequently and with friends. I also bought some deserts last last visit, specifically coconut ice cream, fried banana, and mango rice, all three were delicious especially the ice cream! And I’m not even a fan of coconut ice cream but I love theirs. I think I found my new favorite spot!(The photo attached is after I already had a few bites, I forgot to take a picture before)“
