“Today I went in and ordered a 3 piece meal and had to wait some time. But a employee by the name Lizbeth really went above and beyond for me. I was waiting for some time and she was very apologetic about the wait and insured me they would be with me shortly. She even went as far as upgrading my meal because i had to go park and wait for the chicken to be done. Her attitude was so energetic and gave off so much cheer that it radiated to me and my family. My kids even stopped the ruckus in the back to mention how amazing Lizbeth was. Overall an amazing experience all because of the extra mile taken by this team member. If there was some sort of employee recognition it should without a doubt go to her. 100000000% coming back just because of her. Good job on choosing this hire Popeyes.“
“Great experience, I just disliked the fact that I wanted a leg instead of a thigh. That Is the reason i stopped ordering a whole chicken at these franchise chicken Places, because instead of 2 or the correct number of breasts, they try to be slick AND put in thighs, which Is very upsetting for the arm AND leg they charge.“
“The best Popeyes in Moreno Valley imo. They’re not particularly fast but they make the chicken well and the orders are mostly accurate. Everything is always fresh and tastes wonderful.
Not really budget friendly however, but that’s just Popeyes in general.“
