“Excellent Weekend Sushi Spot in San Andreas! We recently tried the weekend sushi at this restaurant, and it was a fantastic surprise. It's such a cool and unique option for the San Andreas area. The sushi was excellent. The Volcano Roll was incredibly good with a beautiful presentation, though it was spicy—just on the edge of what I could handle! If you're sensitive to heat, be sure to ask about the spice level. I was also impressed with the other dishes. The California Roll I ordered for my 7-year-old was a full, traditional-sized roll, not a small one, so I happily finished what she couldn't. The chicken teriyaki was a perfect, safe option for kids who aren't into sushi. We both absolutely loved the edamame that came out first; she even had to ration it with me! The space they've created next to the Panini restaurant is adorable and well-decorated with a fun sushi theme. The staff were so friendly and gracious. We were the only diners there that evening, which was a shame. This local spot serves great food, and the owner is known for supporting the community with fire prevention programs. They definitely deserve more customers! Go give them your support.”

Walk a few steps down the alley from Toscano's restaurant and you'll find this beautiful little boutique winery that has some of the best wines in Murphys. Very quaint and cozy, super friendly owners on site to greet you, laid back atmosphere with live music on Saturdays.”

“After a few days of exploring the cool little town of Murphy’s and numerous wine tasting stops, we fell in love with La Folia Winery. The shop on Main Street is a fantastic spot for great wines, amazing people and a bunch of nice hats. Our hostess Shannon was fabulous and fun, made us feel right at home. “Wow, what a surprise and delight to have such a fantastic dinner at Toscano's the other night. From the ease of calling in to make a reservation, promptly sitting us down when we arrived, top notch service throughout the meal, to getting our check quickly with boxes to go. Chris was our waiter and did an outstanding job! All the wines are local and priced affordably which was nice. We started off with fresh bread and a perfectly cooked, lightly crusted calamari appetizer served with a tasty aioli. For our entrees my 2 daughter's got the pollo Alfredo which had perfect chunks of chicken breast meat in a slightly heavy cream sauce that had a nice hint of garlic. My wife had a perfectly pounded Veal marsala that was thin, had a wonderful mushroom sauce and a delight to eat. I had the grilled Ribeye in a heavy burgundy sauce. It was nice to taste the charcoal flavor combined with the tasty sauce for what was a perfectly cooked quality piece of meat. A perfect compliment. Oh, the mashed potatoes were over the top. My daughter had to sadly report, that they were better than mine. Argh. The amount of food was more than enough that we took a bunch home. We had to try one of their desserts and settled on the carrot cake as the berry cobbler was sold out. We had a wonderful experience, fantastic service at a price that was reasonable for today's restaurants. We will definitely go back next time we are in Murphy's!!!”

“Came for the food, there is none better in San Andreas!! Andre is an amazing chef! Staff was very friendly, and the bar area was clean and spacious. Lighting is a little low for mid day, so it's kinda dark inside, but that's pretty minor. Highly recommend the food!”

The service was great the first night, but the second night, I think they had a trainee and the trainee definitely needed training especially in the manner in which she interacted with people.
