Among their offerings are the popular flat croissants, which receive high praise for their crispness and flakiness, particularly the hazelnut variety with its delightful sweetness and hazelnut pieces. The strawberry glaze on the strawberry flat croissant, however, is considered a bit too sweet by some.

The bakery also features exceptional desserts like the pistachio layered pastry—rich, not too sweet, and full of texture—as well as the Tiramisu and Petit Getaux (harmony), which are described as exceptional.
