“The Dal makhani tasted like I’m back in Delhi. I would recommend pairing that with Garlic Naan. I always do Kothay momos half and half with veg and chicken. And do whatever you may but please don’t skip on their chai-few places that serve chai where you can actually taste the ginger and cardamom.“

“I ordered dinner from this place through Uber Eats when I was extremely tired and looking for something satisfying but not too oily or greasy.

I went with chicken kothe momo and chicken seekh kebab. Both dishes were really good — flavorful, filling, and well-balanced without being overly heavy. The portions were satisfying, and the overall meal felt comforting.

“I ordered a veg chowmein and chicken momo and ate on-site. Veg chowmein was standard indo-chinese flavor with bunch of veggies. The portion size is HUGE! The chicken momo was not my cup of tea but i appreciated the thin wrapper. Good place to grab a quick bite.“

“My partner and I recently found this spot on her lunch break because we were craving soup and wanted to avoid dealing with parking downtown.

We both ordered the momo (buffalo) noodle soup and were blown away! The noodles were similar to mama/indomie rather than fresh, but I ended up loving it regardless. The broth was very light but super flavorful and savory. AND THE MOMOS!!! Absolutely to die for; I think they were the best I've ever had. Not to mention it was very fairly priced and lasted us both for two meals.

Not to mention, especially in the South Bay, most Nepalese/Himalayan restaurants heavily feature Indian food. Rara stands out to me because Nepali food is absolutely the star here. I wasn't familiar with a majority the menu and that's a great thing because it means they're offering unique dishes you can't find everywhere. Plus, the service was incredibly friendly and kind.

The momo were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and every dish was full of authentic flavors. I love jhol momo. “We visited with friends and ordered Tandoori Veg Momo, Avocado Chaat, Garlic Naan, and Butter Chicken. The Tandoori Momo tasted rich and fresh. The Garlic Naan came soft and had a unique flavor. Everything arrived hot and well prepared. We plan to return soon with our office team.“

“Surprising find accessible from the exterior of Westgate Mall. Food was good, there are some misses but mostly really good options. The Tandoori Momos were especially terrific.

We have dined-in and takeaway. They do mostly take-away business but there is a reasonably sized seating area. Since the business is mostly to-go, its quiet but the service is pretty good.

We'll be coming back or taking-away again.“
