Subway in Mountain View

“I walked in hangry, so got a turkey and ham sandwich. The server was helpful in pointing out where the bread options were, and I got the Artisan Italian, aka bread without herbs or cheese. I don’t usually like cheese on my sandwich or really in me so that’s why I skipped it. I got lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and olives in Parmesan Vinaigrette. Hunger may be the best sauce but seriously that was the best sandwich of my life.“

“the red hair lady was extremely rude didn't even talk to me and just starred with a glare while making the order then placed it on the counter and turned around didnt even say heres your order or have a nice day or here you go. Horrible customer service. Don't work in fast food if you can't handle taking orders go be a security guard and mug people. should not be in the restaurant business management should really review customer service. the mexican guy that works here everyday is really nice and respectful. this red head lady doesn't even put the right ingredients in the food and undercuts the food quality and barley put any meat in the sandwhich. very upsetting.update: manager called me and apologized and said he would make sure customer service improves.changing this from a 1 star from to 4 for managers concern.“
