McDonald's in Murrieta

“Gone are the days of free drink refills, children’s play areas, and in-restaurant games. Now the entire front counter is self-serve kiosks, and the staff seems annoyed if you actually want them to take your order. It’s as if McDonald’s really wants families to eat somewhere else.“

“Food was decent. They got a little aggro and said I took too long in the restroom. Seems a little crazy typing it out here, but I guess I can see it from their point of view. In my defense, hey I'm eating at McDonald's, my bowels are more jalopy than finely-tuned sports car.

“John delivered exceptional customer service today. He went above and beyond for us. After assisting us he quickly went back to assisting other customers. He displayed great communication, very polite, and a great multi tasker. Very hard worker you don’t see that care in the workplace very often (especially at fast food) I felt that he deserved a shout out.“

“Outstanding example of this well know American franchise. This location is open 24 hours per day, which is epic. The staff were friendly and helpful. They took time to explain the different menu options when I use the efficient and well run drive-through option. It’s also possible to park and order inside. Restrooms were clean and well lit. Overall this is a family friendly, clean and well run restaurant.

My Big Mac meal was $10.79 with a $0.40 up charge to have coffee instead of a soft drink.
