“This was my second visit to this food truck. First found it last year on my visit to California and went again this year because it was so good last year. It’s in an area you wouldn’t think to go, just on the side of the road in an industrial looking area, but it’s worth it to go. They are really friendly and the food is a great value and AMAZING! I got their Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos, bother superb, but the real star is the quesa-burria. It is a must get! So flavourful. And they have a little seating area set up with extra toppings and salsas for everyone’s tastes. Love this place, will definitely go again on my next visit to Riverside. Thank you again!“

During our recent visit, we decided to sample several dishes, including the tacos al gobernador, which were stuffed with perfectly seasoned shrimp and topped with a zesty cream sauce. The Caldo 7 mares was a delightful medley of fresh seafood, featuring an array of fish, shrimp, and calamari in a rich, flavorful broth. We also indulged in the empanad. Finally, we couldn't resist trying the camarones a la curacha, which presented succulent shrimp in a spicy, tangy sauce that left us wanting more. “Tejuino is a refreshing cold drink made with fermented corn masa, lime ?‍ and raw sugar. The origin of the drink dates back to the Nahua people of central Mexico ??. The famous Rarámuri people also have a variation of the drink and they called tesguino. It’s also one of my favorite drinks to tame the summer heat. El Primos tejuino did not disappoint, it was on point and very delicious. It’s actually one of the best around and they have different variations that the owner of the place has created and they are equally delicious. My dad would take me here and he has been going here since before I was born in the late 80s. I get the #1 plate that gives you a little bit of all the goodness. When you get the pate, all your food is hidden under delicious cheese. Same original recipes. They never compromised the quality over the years. Fun walk up and order at the window kind of place. “My first time visiting. I was amazed at how fresh the ingredients in the food were. I had the chicken soup which was the BEST I have ever eaten. An entire boneless chicken breast in the broth with potatoes, corn on the cob, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Served with a side of Spanish rice that I added to the soup. Delightful.

I also had the shrimp ceviche tostada that was incredibly fresh and delicious. And the corn tortilla that it was served on never got soggy!

Home and mother’s cooking at its best. For a small hole-in-the-wall place, the food is better than most high-end restaurants!

“I been Here 3 times and the 3rd time was awful. I ordered the same thing I had the other 2 times. Taqutios but I asked AGAIN if I can miss match. The girl that was taking my order had a BAD attitude. Which was shocking because other 2times the woman who took my order was great! But this time it was a youngester. And not only that I heard a lady in the bk ground complainant mocking me because I asked for chicken and beef. That night I spent 66 bucks for Taqutios, asada fries and prok chille fries and tacos . And I almost didn't pay . The young girl had a bad attitude and as she was Handing me my drinks and food like as if she wanted to let it go. In all I probably won't go there again. Food is good but who wants to give their hard working money to a place like that.“

“This place is not what you'd think, in a great way! The food is top notch. I think anything you order here will be awesome. The meat for the tacos is on point. They also make pizza! The best around here I would say. The toppings they grill before putting them on the pizza, which gives it another layer of flavor. The crust is light and crunchy. They make their own pizza sauce ( ask for some on the side to dip). On top of that, they have a store attached next room over. What a great pair! Do go. You won't be disappointed and you WILL be back for more.“

“What a tasty 2 taco lunch while waiting for my truck to be serviced at the dealership across the street. The shredded beef tacos were delicious with perfectly fried hard shells and both red and green salsas. They have about a dozen different meat choices for the tacos. Everyone working there was so polite and kind. Now that I found this place, taking my truck for service will be so much nicer knowing I can walk across the street for delicious food and great service. Don't forget to pick up a bag of house made chicharrones for sale on the counter.“
