Chicken Shops near Napa, CA

“The food was good, I really liked the fries and the chicken was very tender and juicy. The mayo didn’t taste super cajuniee, but over all I liked my food. I ordered my girls fries just salted and that’s how they came, but the salt was very aggressive to say the least. I liked it, she did not and I believe most people would agree with her.

Staff were friendly, but also the place had an odd smell when we got there, but I didn’t notice it after the food came. Idk what happened, but it brought down the atmosphere a bit. Other than that, I’d get it again. They gave her A LOT of fries which was nice. More for me.

Update: I’ve been there several more times now and there was no smell at all which was nice lol. Tyler (I’m terrible with names sorry if I forgot man!) was there taking our order and my girl and I chatted with him for a minute after ordering, so overall very welcoming as always.

We order the fries unsalted now, but to be fair I haven’t ordered them salted since. We just add it ourselves so it’s very likely the first time was over salted by accident. I still love the fries all the same. Chicken was great as it has been every time. They have good music playing each time I’ve been in there. I heard System of a Down one time and I’m pretty sure I heard Linking Park as well so atmosphere is awesome as far as I’m concerned. It feels very open and bright which I like a lot.

I do feel the chicken is a bit expensive if you’re ordering just one tender. However, if you order the 3 tender flight it comes with fries which for $15 I think is very fair for the quality they serve. Also maybe I read the menu wrong, but I didn’t even know it came with fries so if it doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu I would add that.

The photo I’m adding is a single tender with an order of fries. It comes out to $10 and some change. It’s the perfect portion for me so I’m happy with that if I don’t want to feel super full. For $5 more you get 2 more tenders with the 3 tender flight so more bang for your buck. I have already recommended this place to several people. Wish they had one in Sonoma where I live.

“If it wasn't good I wouldn't write this review. I went to Chicken Guys skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised the Chicken was extremely good I had a 5 piece I couldn't eat it all had to share it, the fries were amazing!!! So I will be back excellence food and good prices.“
