Guanatos Mexican and Seafood offers delicious food with large portions. The shrimp tacos are battered and deep fried with thin breading and large shrimp, and the chicken tacos are also good. Tacos come with two tortillas, making it basically two tacos in one. The quesadilla was huge. They bring a tray or basket of different sauces to try, with plenty of salsas depending on how hot you like it. The seafood is excellent, with the best ceviche in National City, fresh ingredients, and amazing mouth-watering flavor. The ceviche tower is a favorite. The chips are the best you will have in your entire life. The adobada taco and queso adobada are a perfect amount of food, paired nicely with a negra Modelo. They have octopus soup, which is pretty good. The restaurant is family friendly with amazing customer service, outdoor seating, and the option to call ahead for pickup. Great food and a simple dining experience.
