“The only place you can find atol de Chuco Salvadoreño!! Take advantage as it is rare to find in a restaurant, so good and only 5 dollars. “Shuco” name of Nahuatl origin, is the oldest typical hot drink of The Salvador, which is made from fermented corn. Atol Chuco is prepared with black or purple corn because of its distinct flavor, although you can use normal maize.

“The menu at Rincon Sabroso is a masterpiece in itself, showcasing a wide range of dishes that highlight the richness of their cuisine. The attention to detail and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients were evident in every bite. I had the pleasure of sampling several dishes, and each one was a work of art.“

“Craving satisfied! I recently indulged in the mouthwatering pupusas at Los Cocos and they were a hit. Made to order, each bite was a delicious blend of flavor and freshness. I savored both the classic bean and cheese pupusa and the mixta, both soft and delightful. To complement my meal, I opted for a maracuya drink, which was sweet and refreshing, perfectly complementing the savory flavors of the pupusas. Despite being pre-made, the agua frescas were served in generous portions and tasted as if freshly prepared. The spacious layout of the restaurant provided ample seating, making it a comfortable dining experience. Overall, a delightful culinary journey that left me fully satisfied and eager for a return visit.“

“The food is good. It's Salvadoranian style food. So instead of tortillas they give you sopes. It's like tortilla but in a thicker way hand made. I ordered the fried fish but they did not have salad dressing for the salad. I think they should buy thousand island at least ?
They do have a small bar and the clamatos look great. You may also dine outside, they have tables and chairs.“
