“Good Sandwiches! Especially the Rat Trap“

“It's a really comfortable place to go. Good American food, some basic food that you can't really get in most places for a very reasonable price. Just plain beef stew, no fancy stuff, no sugar. The coffee is good, When I went in the place was full of laughter, the manager was laughing, people seemed happy. The table and the rest of the place were really clean. no loud music! Antonio the manager was super! we felt very welcomed.“

“Walking distance for me from work, and I love the thick pastrami brisket on several of the sandwiches. French Dip it a awesome too, along with many other tasty choices. 😋“

“The team is small but a great group. Food is on point for a subway, not a 7 course meal, but fresh and filling. For pickup orders, I have never had anything go wrong. They are better than the mcdonalds down the road with regard to getting orders right.“

“Great location, came in on a saturday morning and we were greeted promptly and by every memeber. The owner or manager was in teaching his 3 new staff members how to preform their tasks properly. He was very clear and patient with his staff and they preformed well. Food was great and service was great. Location is clean. Great job for to this staff here.“

“I regularly go to this subway with my friends to eat and hang out. The service is great, but they are kinda understaffed. Food is just as regular. There are small indoor tables along with a few really delightful benches outside next to a fountain to sit at.“

“revamped this location. looks nice and clean. however service was poor. I ordered a HOT pastrami I watched my sandwich open waiting for the next person on the assembly line tane several minutes to put lettuce and a pickle. when I got my sandwich the pastrami was luke warm and by the time I got back to work the pastrami was cold. go back to 1 person makes the sandwich from star to finish. this assembly line people standing around while food gets cold!! I have been eating #9 since the 70's.“

“It was warmer than it should be I understand the food is in refrigeration station but it was humid. That being said, my sandwiches were FANTASTIC! Really made well with love and the lovely gal that was an working by herself was kind and prompt.“

“You would get 5 stars BUT for some reason you guys are very stingy with NAPKINS!!! Love the speed and precision that goes into making my sandwich and delivering it but napkins are a very important part of the process especially when delivering to an office where we don't have NAPKINS. I just had a coworker tell me to wipe my chin before a meeting because I had MAYO on it. PLEASE tell your drivers NOT to forget the napkins. In fact I would stick two in every bag when you're doing your stocking and food prep. You need to save me from the embarrassing "you've got something......."“

“I’m not sure if he’s the owner but he’s always there. He does a great job with his sandwich making. I would go in the morning to get my lunch for work. He loads the sandwiches up and makes sure the avocados and all produce is quality. Don’t go to the subway by bel air. They will cough on your food and put onions on your sandwich when you say twice no onions so they pick them off and leave bits of them on the sandwich. The lady literally coughed all over my sandwich. I will never go back to the bel air shopping center location. I will always go to this location off auburn Folsom. Great food always and it’s run how subway should be.“
