I commend this location for managing its queue well. Lots of people in line on the weekend, but they do a good job trying to keep things moving.Same quality and taste as other locations, so thumbs up there. I guess one of the things that would be better if it were clear: the situation on refills? I paid for an iced tea (where the ice was piled to the brim of the cup), so needless to say, got probably six sips of actual tea. Wasn't sure if I could get a refill like a normal location......read full review
