This is legit authentic Japanese food, even with the little potato salad in the salad and the dressing is actually not your fake Benihana sesame dress it even though I love that stuff. This is a very light fresh flavor. The tempura was unbelievably fresh. I wasn’t a huge fan of the flavor or the quality of the meat. Maybe I couldn’t tell the chicken teriyaki but it wasn’t bad. The lady who always takes my order is a sweet women who reminds me of a wholesome neighbor with her apron on. Literally the best teraki chicken and steak I have ever tasted . The steak is 16$ large but wow worth it. And chicken is 11$large and always juicy and soft with also a sear. The rice is always cooked softly and her teraki sauce is always tasty. They have a bunch of of sushi too but I have yet to try sushi in my life but would give it a try here
