“Wow. The service was top notch and our waiter was awesome. Gave us great recommendations and enjoyed our date night dinner! The gnocchi was probably one of the best ive had, if not the best. The sauce is what made that dish. Would highly recommend that if youre vegetarian or just looking to try aome good gnocchi! Only thing I wish they had was some more options for the bread they offer. It comes with mushrooms but wish they had butter or something else basic if someone isnt into the mushrooms but the bread and mushrooms did pair really well together! Would highly recommend this place and I will be back!“

“We needed something quick while we were out and wanted something that would leave us feeling good - found Urban Plates and it exceeded what we were looking for! My grass-fed steak was tender and juicy, the mac n cheese was comforting and delicious, and the side of beets paired well with the goat cheese. My husband enjoyed his crispy chicken sandwich and fries. I love the variety of food offered at Urban Plates and knowing my body is getting high quality nutrients while enjoying something delicious!

I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.“

We shared the supreme breakfast burrito with venison and the waffles with fruit. The burrito was so good, the meat was cooked to perfection and the combination with the eggs and potatoes made it wonderful. And the waffles, oh my! “I love Greek/Mediterranean food. This was the best I've had at a sit down restaurant. The chicken shish kebab rivaled a homemade skewer grilled over charcoal - it was absolutely delicious! I want the garlic sauce that came with it in a bottle. The restaurant had a limited number of menus and I came alone, so I had to wait for someone else at another table to finish with theirs, the food took a little long to come out, and the baseboards in the dining area are a bit dirty. Bathroom was clean and everyone was very kind. Would definitely go back!“

I would highly recommend there chicken jalapeno wrap sub chicken for tofu and add hummus. The staff are kind and forthright and the whole establishment is exceptionally clean and well organized. “Great restaurant! The place has a really nice atmosphere, and the food was delicious. The staff were nice and helpful too. They could maybe smile a little more, but honestly, I can understand—they probably deal with so many people throughout the day and were just tired. I definitely didn’t get any bad vibes from them. They seemed like genuinely good, kind people who were simply having a long day. Other than that, I had no issues at all. Great food, nice place, and overall a very good experience!“
