My grass-fed steak was tender and juicy, the mac n cheese was comforting and delicious, and the side of beets paired well with the goat cheese. We shared the supreme breakfast burrito with venison and the waffles with fruit. The burrito was so good, the meat was cooked to perfection and the combination with the eggs and potatoes made it wonderful. And the waffles, oh my! “A wonderful evening at Todos Santos with my wife. We were greeted by Daniel the owner and chef extraordinare who took us to a very nice table in the outside patio. We started off with drinks which were made by one of our favorite bartenders Jaime! The other bartender of choice is Francisco who had the day off. Kenya was our waiter and was superb, very personable and professional. We each ordered the appetizer salad which were so good. We spoke with Daniel about the fresh fish and decided on the Sea Bass for my wife and I ordered the Salmon and lobster plate. These two dishes were amazing upon presentation and even tastier than they looked lol. I must say since we began dining at Todos Santos from when Daniel took over this place has blossomed this restaurant into the best Mexican cuisine in Orange County. With multiple awards to his credit Daniel has new menu items that he creates regularly and now opens after hours on Tuesdays and Fridays with a DJ and dance floor. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant serves breakfast from 10 am to 2 pm and the dishes are delicious. Make a reservation and ask for Daniel. Let him know George sent you. “We came because we saw it is a relatively new place and had good reviews. Unfortunately, we did not find the food to be very good. I would say for price to quality, it was pretty average at best. In my opinion, the pizza was below average. It was a strange combination of the pretty good cheese and chicken combined with a horrendous crust. The shrimp pasta was alright while the carbonara was probably the best thing the table got. Additionally, while our server was great, they were spread so thin across all the tables in the front and back that it was tough to really ask for anything. I will come back another day and chalk it all up to just being an off day for the restaurant.“

It is a bit pricey for a salad, but they are seriously good, and good for you so I dont mind spending a bit more. The restaurant is usually empty or has 1 to 2 people which can be a bit odd, but I usually get my salads to go so I don't mind.“

The sauce is what made that dish. Would highly recommend that if youre vegetarian or just looking to try aome good gnocchi! Only thing I wish they had was some more options for the bread they offer. It comes with mushrooms but wish they had butter or something else basic if someone isnt into the mushrooms but the bread and mushrooms did pair really well together!
