They could maybe smile a little more, but honestly, I can understand—they probably deal with so many people throughout the day and were just tired. I definitely didn’t get any bad vibes from them. They seemed like genuinely good, kind people who were simply having a long day. Other than that, I had no issues at all. Great food, nice place, and overall a very good experience!“

“Costa Mesa/Newport Beach, CA 📍hands down 10/10, food and experience. We stopped in here after the wonderful owner, Kurt, invited us down to try his delicious sandwiches! And safe to say we made the right choice. These sandwiches are huge and loaded with fresh ingredients. This location has been here since 2013, however beach hut has been around since the 80’s. They even add cream cheese to some of their sandwiches! 😋 The staff was wonderful, including the owner Kurt. You are missing out if you don’t stop in to get a sandwhich, tell them coco sent you!“

“The last hidden gem in Costa Mesa. This easily tops waiting for chick fil a down the street. I let the cashier guide my order because I was too tired to come to a decision. He suggested the special which was wise of him because it includes 4 karage (tender fried chicken thigh) a potato croquette, 3 cali roll pieces and a salad with potato salad, excellent for a post 9 hour work day meal. My pregnant wife got the 5 piece karage and said it changed her life for the better. I didn’t take pictures because I was so in awe and in the moment. It was photo ready. The food comes out RIPPING hot. Which made us so comfortable eating there, especially pregnant knowing they make everything actually fresh to order, cooked to appropriate temperature to ensure food safety. Not just marketing fresh, there is nothing siting here waiting for you to order, this is not fast food. They tell you it’s going to take a few minutes and it’s worth the wait because they do not compromise on quality here. With that being said it’s not even that long and I will no longer be visiting chick fil a when this place is open and it’s much healthier.

“THE BEST SANDWICHES EVER!! They make healthy and high quality food fun + enjoyable. The managers here are beyond elite at their role. Very customer service oriented. Javier is THE BEST leader a place could have. He will truly make sure he, or his team, will take care of you. I’ve been coming here quite a bit now and every time my experience is incredible. The Pork Banh Mi is on the menu right now as well… IT WAS SO DELICIOUS (a must try)!! The whole menu is great so you can explore and have fun with it, or try things that fit your taste. 10000% recommend.“

Everything is fresh and tasty to the bite, the posrtions are also big enough to fill me up.

“I'd like to say that our bartender/server was amazing today I didn't catch his name, but he was very helpful and attentive. The only reason I removed a star is: I order a quesa birrea and the consome was not up to par, I will say, I have high expectations for this specialty food, the flavor just wasn't there for me, I had to request addition spices to get the flavor to what my pallet enjoys best. Other than that, I'd say beans and rice could use more salt, just mine and few friends opinions, but everything else was great, portions and food quality very good. I just think given the prices, the taste could be a bit more elevated/or cared for.“

Also there chicken Cobb Salad 🫜🥗 are really tasty too, thanks to management for the Quality foods and service.
