“The service was out of this world. We called ahead to have our food ready. Since we only have one hour lunch. The food was ready at our table and chips and salsa. Me and my pharmacist were speechless and felt very special for that service. I will be going there every time I’m in Corona.“

“Okay Stacey exceeded all expectations with her charcuterie cups for our event She really is so talented and has an eye to make things that are both beautiful and delicious. People were so sad to even dive in because they were so pretty! Not only were the cups hand crafted and unique with items like sealed crackers, honey sticks, etc, she even included darling pearls and baby's breath for decor that just sent it over the top! Definitely check her out for any of your entertaining needs. She can do anything from single serve cups to GIANT grazing boards. She will customize it to your liking if you tell her what you like/don't like and she even does fun BRUNCH boards!! Can't wait for our next event!!!“

“We hired them for my daughter's 1st bday this past sat and we were very happy with service we received. They showed up on time,set up quickly and the food was great. The Carne asada was so flavorful my guests were very pleased some even asked for their information which I was happy to give highly recommend and they were a good value. “**SPOILER ALERT** The food is Amazing. No cap - as the Gen Z's say.
Eat BBop is not just a place to grab a delicious bite to eat, it's a reflection of the passion and hard work of its owner. The business is family-owned and operated, and the owner and his mother once had a location in LA under a different name. I’ve actually had some of their food from this location, delicious obviously, and was stoked at the opportunity to find them here in Norco! I also learned that the owner's family ACTUALLY journeyed over here from Korea! In search of opportunity, they now share their passion for traditional Korean cuisine.
The dish that hooked me initially was their authentic and delicious black bean noodles, or Jajangmyeon. These chewy wheat noodles are cooked in a rich, savory black bean sauce, which is made in-house using a blend of fermented black beans, onions, and various seasonings. The sauce is thick and hearty, and paired with the soft texture of the noodles, it makes for a satisfying and comforting dish. The Jajangmyeon is served with a side of pickled ginger, which provides a nice contrast in texture and helps to balance out the richness of the sauce. It's definitely a must-try dish for anyone visiting Eat BBop.
Another popular dish at Eat BBop is their spicy fried chicken sticks. These juicy chicken pieces are marinated in a spicy garlic-y sauce, and then deep-fried to perfection. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the heat level is just right.
