“I came in for 2 chicken pot pies and left with 1. One was all they had left. So I got a $5 2 piece box. The pot pie was watery and had very minimal amounts of shredded chicken. Crust had flavor. My wife actually gave me some chicken because she was full.“

I got the medium heat tenders with fries and they were perfect — spicy but not overwhelming. The pickles and sauce really tie it all together. Quick service and solid portions. Definitely going back!

“I went there for the second time today and i decided to try the gumbo.
why was it made with the breaded shrimp inside. I didn't like the way it looked when I opened it, wrinkled shrimp sitting on top. Not appealing at all, I couldn't eat them but I did taste the rest of the gumbo and it was tooo spicy, I love spicy but this wasn't good at all.“

“There's a Pollo Loco closer to my work than Juan Pollo, but it's definitely worth the extra mile or two for Juan Pollo, for the following reasons (based on my comparison of a leg & thigh meal):

Freshness: Juan Pollo's chicken is hotter, more tender, juicy, and flavorful.

You get more: not only is the taste better, but the chicken is noticeably larger and instead of only 2 smaller (corn) tortillas at Pollo Loco, you get 3 larger tortillas at Juan Pollo.

For almost $2 less than Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo's meal doesn't include a drink.

Our dog is 15 and has cancer and we wanted to give him some treats before his final resting day. Skylar had the best customer service and took care of us in the most compassionate way. I was trying to not cry as I ordered our dogs last treat and she made me feel so comfortable with her. The note on the bag for our dogs French fries was the best surprise ever. “First time trying Jollibee and it was great! The place was really packed since it was a Saturday but the wait time was not too bad. The chicken tenders were really good and tasted fresh and I loved their signature sauce it paired really well with the tenders and fries. I tried their Ube dessert pie and while I wasn’t a big fan of the Ube flavor, the pie itself was good. Can’t wait to go back and try their other items!“

The chicken and sauce were more flavorful here and I especially liked the slider. The other place did have much crispier fries though. Overall, I’d say it’s a good alternative, especially if you’re looking for halal chicken.“

“Krispy Crunchy "fried chicken" is located inside the "Anthem gas station." They serve hot, ready to eat chicken tenders at 7am. But if you're looking for their family bucket-o-chicken, they'll have you covered on/after 8:30am.

My favorite breakfast choice is 3pc chicken tender combo & Christy's donut with maple bar. Drizzle honey over tenders & maple bar, and you got yourself breakfast for champions ? ?.“

“I used the app to order 2 chicken strip wraps for $6. The ordering on the app can be tricky. Be sure to click on the 'Special' offer option.
The wraps were okay. There were too many pickles in them for my liking tho. Just one filled my stomach enough until dinner.

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the hard work of the associates working the drive-thru at KFC today (March 15, 2026, around 5:40–6:00 PM).

I came through the drive-thru with my children to order dinner. When we arrived at the speaker, the gentleman kindly asked us to give them a moment and explained they were understaffed. He was very respectful and communicated that clearly, which I appreciated.

Despite the situation, he remained patient, polite, and very helpful while taking our order. When I got to the window, I asked how many associates were working, and he told me there were only two, himself and another. I told him “good job” because I’ve worked in fast food before and understand the pressure that comes with being short-staffed.

Both associates working during that time should be recognized for doing their best under pressure and still treating customers with respect and professionalism. I didn’t get their names, but they were working the shift around that time today.

Thank you both for your hard work — it didn’t go unnoticed.“

“In my opinion KFC experience changes according to the location, well this location is one of the good ones, restaurant is very clean, the food doesn't taste like old oil and the personal is friendly, the new ordwring screen makes it a little unpersonal but they work, the only thing is that if you have a question you have to make an effort to bring someones attention because everybody is super focussed on the kitchen.“

“I’ve resigned myself to the system of ordering from a kiosk because that’s the new norm. So when Harvey said he’d take my order, I joked “from a human?!” He continued friendly and efficient interaction while taking the order, and showed his ability to read the customer when he added to my list of why I prefer a person taking my order, “and you have someone to blame if the order is wrong”. I laughed and said I knew he got it right. Without skipping a beat, he repeated an incorrect order with a smile on his lips and twinkle in his eye. :) The order of two pot pies with drinks was correct and tasty, order came up quickly, restaurant was clean, and starting our visit with a friendly, engaged employee made for a delightful experience.“
