“KFC has a reputation for being inconsistent. (I previously went to a different nearby location and the employees put the biscuits smashed up with the chicken bucket) but this visit was not anything like that. You all made the right call bringing back the potato wedges because they are great. Chicken is also really good. Hopefully you all can keep up this consistency.“

“Came here on a Sunday. Not a great deal of parking but people are moving in and out quickly. There’s a lot of space inside and outside to eat. It’s clean inside and quiet. Their bathrooms are clean too. Service was great 😊. They have a screen that lets you know when your food is ready, pretty helpful. I ordered 2 meals with 2 sliders, fries and mac, hot and medium in heat level. I also ordered the mini sliders in reaper 🔥 . Food was hot, chicken was delicious as always. Hot is pretty hot, but not unbearable, medium is just right for me. The reaper on the other hand, you better have some ice/milk on hand, because it’s NO JOKE. I love spicy and hot food, but it’ll make you cry. Only down side is the meals don’t come with a drink. I absolutely love their chicken and would recommend to everyone.“

“The hot loaded fries are the best. This place was not too busy and we got our food in a reasonable time. The bathroom needed some attention but no big deal. The staff were friendly and they seemed attentive to cleaning the tables and taking orders.“

“There's a Pollo Loco closer to my work than Juan Pollo, but it's definitely worth the extra mile or two for Juan Pollo, for the following reasons (based on my comparison of a leg & thigh meal):

Freshness: Juan Pollo's chicken is hotter, more tender, juicy, and flavorful.

You get more: not only is the taste better, but the chicken is noticeably larger and instead of only 2 smaller (corn) tortillas at Pollo Loco, you get 3 larger tortillas at Juan Pollo.

For almost $2 less than Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo's meal doesn't include a drink.

The service was excellent, the manager (I didn't catch her name) was super nice and even came out and asked if we needed anything. “Krispy Crunchy "fried chicken" is located inside the "Anthem gas station." They serve hot, ready to eat chicken tenders at 7am. But if you're looking for their family bucket-o-chicken, they'll have you covered on/after 8:30am.

“In my opinion KFC experience changes according to the location, well this location is one of the good ones, restaurant is very clean, the food doesn't taste like old oil and the personal is friendly, the new ordwring screen makes it a little unpersonal but they work, the only thing is that if you have a question you have to make an effort to bring someones attention because everybody is super focussed on the kitchen.“
