Only negative was the toast I got , it wasn’t toast at all just a plain slice of white bread. Not toasted or anything. I also think they gave me the wrong spice level bc I got lite mild and it is WAY hotter than the last time I got it!! My face is burning and I’m sweating!!! I don’t do well with spice so I ordered the lite mild last time and it wasn’t too bad but this time OMG it burns“

“The food is fantastic. Perfectly done chicken, perfect spice and heat, soft bun, and good sauce.

The Waffle is incredible and the Mac and Cheese is delicious.

The best part of Al’s is the service. There was a small mixup with my order and the Manager went above and beyond offering a free drink and free Mac and Cheese because I had to wait just a few extra minutes. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant.

The inside could be a little cleaner, but as a take-out orderer, easy 5 stars.“

“I and my mother were looking for a place to get food on the way home (30min away) after a doctors appointment. Googled best restaurants nearby and was surprised to find a small restaurant above all the rest. Everything from the chicken veggie bowl, to the lemonade (not over sweet), and the 1/2 chkn lunch rice & beans was better than I’ve found near me in Rancho. Oh, and the pita is proper. Can actually open into a pocket and fill with ingredients yumm ?“

“I think this is a good story I went in the morning to have breakfast with my wife we were sitting outside and a homeless man came up on a bicycle ask for some money and I didn't have any and I said would you like my sandwich are you hungry so I gave him my sandwich and then the staff from the restaurant and gave my wife and I complete meals again I guess because we help the homeless man I thought that was great and very heartwarming and what a good place“

“I came in for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich and pie meal deal. The sandwich was savory and the fillet was crispy but not too hard. I paired with the baked n cheese which was so gooey and delicious. Their specialty drinks are a hit too. I often come here when I go to the mall and get hungry. It tends to get very busy but that’s normal considering how crazy the lines get. I feel bad for the employees considering they can only do so much at once. My advice to people coming here is that you need to exercise patience otherwise it’ll be hard for everyone. Besides the wait, it’ll be worth it.“

“The new manager Hannah is AMAZING. I’ve seen her at magnolia but it looks like she’s working at the store on Arlington. Her customer service is great. She has such a nice personality and honestly seems like she’s what the store needed. I’ve been here and have had good experiences however the store just seems to have no emotion. The other day it seems as the staff is helping her(maybe because it’s a new store) and they worked nicely together , another manager and regular worker, who i’ve seen quite often actually were actually smiling haha. My order was correct and everything was fresh, the chicken was juicy and crispy. Overall Great experience and I hope to see Hannah’s personality rub off onto the remaining crew. The workers always look tried and that energy looks like what the store needs. Will 100% be back again.“
