Nice people , they always make my dishes for me since I have got to watch the salt so they add little or none for me and add extra garlic. Love their wonton soup and wok veggies w garlic & low salt.“

(I previously went to a different nearby location and the employees put the biscuits smashed up with the chicken bucket) but this visit was not anything like that. You all made the right call bringing back the potato wedges because they are great. Chicken is also really good. Hopefully you all can keep up this consistency.“

“Came here on a Sunday. Not a great deal of parking but people are moving in and out quickly. There’s a lot of space inside and outside to eat. It’s clean inside and quiet. Their bathrooms are clean too. Service was great 😊. They have a screen that lets you know when your food is ready, pretty helpful. I ordered 2 meals with 2 sliders, fries and mac, hot and medium in heat level. I also ordered the mini sliders in reaper 🔥 . Food was hot, chicken was delicious as always. Hot is pretty hot, but not unbearable, medium is just right for me. The reaper on the other hand, you better have some ice/milk on hand, because it’s NO JOKE. I love spicy and hot food, but it’ll make you cry. Only down side is the meals don’t come with a drink. I absolutely love their chicken and would recommend to everyone.“

“The hot loaded fries are the best. This place was not too busy and we got our food in a reasonable time. The bathroom needed some attention but no big deal. The staff were friendly and they seemed attentive to cleaning the tables and taking orders.“

“It's a quick bite kind of place for me, not really a fan of chicken but my kids love it so I come here frequently. Their lemonade, however, is very very good, that's my favorite item. That and the bread. The chicken is too dry for my liking.“

They are far superior to all the other locations and I have been to many in my travels! Cold fries, cold sandwiches, and drinks that were basically iced water. Even the side of pickles was only two, and the requested mayo was missing. “The sandwich is very simple but it's done very well. The main sandwich is a fried chicken breast, pickles, and a buttered bun.

Now you can add cheese bacon lettuce tomato and they have wraps and salads. They have pretty good macaroni and cheese.

They have a salad that has fruit on it which is very delicious.

They have a very good breakfast selection. I used to love their sandwich that had a bagel a chicken breast and egg and cheese but they got rid of it. Now I usually get a chicken burrito.“

“I decided to try this place as it was closer than another popular hot chicken place and I think this place does some things better than that one. The chicken and sauce were more flavorful here and I especially liked the slider. The other place did have much crispier fries though. Overall, I’d say it’s a good alternative, especially if you’re looking for halal chicken.“

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and just right. “Great food at reasonable prices. The only thing I've noticed that this year they have been very cheap with sauces and salsa. They make us pay for extra salsa when we were only asking for 1 salsa per food item, but they insisted only charging for 4 extra salsa on a 9 items order. Considering how much they've raised their prices, it feels like you're not getting a fast food price anymore and you get nicked and dimed a little too much in my opinion. For a family of 8 it was $90 plus extra for 4 extra salsa. Not sure if it's all locations or just our local one that's doing this. We used to go weekly but now that it's much higher priced, we go maybe 1 or twice every couple of months.“

We'd given up on this branch years ago - chicken was tiny and burnt, and they were out of stock of everything.Fast forward, I've been there twice recently - the chicken is perfectly cooked and everything is delicious. So glad to have our El Pollo Loco back.“
