“I’ve been to nearly every McDonald’s in my area (thanks to my youngest believing it’s the only food group that exists), and while the food is pretty much the same everywhere, the service here stood out in the best way.
Michael, who was working the drive-thru, absolutely restored my faith in humanity — something that’s been hard to come by lately. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly polite. These days, it often feels like customers have more courtesy than the staff, but Michael reminded me what great customer service looks like.
Everything in our order was correct, including condiments and utensils, which is a rare win in fast food. Kudos to this location and especially to Michael — keep setting the bar high!“
