“I really think the kiosks are the worst thing ever. No one wants to help customers anymore. I like to have that human interaction. I went in and was looking at the menu and one worker looked at me and I told I wasn't ready yet and told me I needed to use the kiosk. Another worker off to help me at the kiosk but still helped. It's like if I used cash you're still going to need to help me why not just help me you aren't doing anything but talking or on your phone. I've seen at plenty of times at other taco bells as well. Same goes for needing a receipt because the kiosk doesn't print out for you.“
“I had ordered on DoorDash, and I had gotten the wrong order I called Taco Bell just letting them know I’m placing an other order, & the guy was very understanding & nice & helped me get a refund i wish I knew his name! thank you! :)“
