“If you are looking for a dive bar, this place is it! Chris met us with a smile and was friendly and fun the whole time we were there. Nice mix of customers. Felt welcome the whole time.

Plenty of seating. 7 tables on the side that could seat at least 6 people each and that isnt counting the bar itself! One pool table in front, a darts machine, a punching machine, AMI jukebox and an ATM. Oh, unlike most dive bars, this place takes cards and is not cash only.

Nice pours and a good selection of bottled beers. This is an old school dive bar so don't expect draft beer or blended drinks.

Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms too.

What are you waiting for? Thirsty? Come by and see for yourself. This is the last dive bar in Norwalk. Lets make sure it stays in business.“

“I love this place. It's friendly, the bartender is an absolute sweetheart, the KJ is amazing, and they don't over serve and have overly drunk patrons there amd harassing other customers. “Sun light hours, this is a neighborhood bar with 50% of patrons being regulars. Staff knows everyone, and it's very welcoming. Come at night if you want a good drink and a loud dive bar. Pool table, golden tee, and they just added 2 dart boards. Live music a few nights a week. Cheap prices here don't mean cheap drinks.“

They always let me charge up myt scooter while I have a beer. Otherwise I will not make it home. And some days it's not a laughing matter. It's that close of a call. The bartender seems nice. But she is busy with other people. And that is good for business.“

“This is the spot if you need a good, cold drink & a chill, old school vibe. I don’t like bars that have windows & Poor Denny’s is old school in that regard. Ever since Ember’s Lounge closed down, this has been my spot. It’s cash only, but there’s a ATM machine there. I love the digital jukebox that allows you to play all kinds of music. The bartenders are always nice & they have wonderful hands on the pours. ? Good vibes & mellow times here.“

“Came here with the boys on a Saturday night of debauchery. Always drive by, never went in. Decided to visit instead of the bikini bar across the street. I stopped in here last night because I'm traveling solo and wanted a safe place to hang out around like-minded queer folks. Brought a notebook because I didn't feel like staring at my phone. Disappointingly, I was heckled by a patron who insisted I was straight, didn't belong, and was only there because I wanted attention. They weren't quiet about it. Appeared to be a regular.

The staff were otherwise kind and welcoming. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but I do feel that general social atmosphere is a pretty major contributor to overall quality/safety, especially in queer-forward spaces.“

“Been here a bunch of times. Great custom cocktails all their own plus all the classics. They probably have every type of liquor you can think of. Great service--they always hand you a menu as soon as you come in the door. Order your drinks at the bar--might have to work you way between people sitting at the bar. They don't take orders from the seating area, I've seen people leave thinking they are not getting served. Just order at the bar. Good drinks and good wine and beer options too. NOT a great place for large groups.“
