I ordered the combination: CAMARONES a la CRIOLLA (Shrimp Stew) with the Puerto Rican rice, maduros (ripe) plantain, and a KOLA Champagne Soda.This was a hearty meal, much needed after a 6 mile hike. The portion size was OK, but it could have been more for the price. The PR restaurant I've been looking for since I moved out here. The pasteles are amazing! Everything tastes homemade. The best PR restaurant I've been to in almost 20 years!

Eating here is like eating back home on the island. The chicken is so flavorful and tender, the habichulas remind me of my mom's recipe, and the arroz con grandules are spot on ? I've tried the few puerto rican restaurants in the area and I always find myself coming back to this one the most !Da ca Boricua!
