Best ice cream!
The staff are super nice and professional. Ice cream is off the hook.
My bf had took me to Loard’s Ice Cream and a lovely lady named Francesca helped us. She gave us recommendations on icecream and we decided on the banana split which was delicious. I’ll be coming back :)

**Loard's Ice Cream | Dimond District**
This is the original Loard’s location, now back open with a nice remodel that is clean and bright. It has a cute diner vibe. The ice cream is very creamy with a smooth texture free of any errant ice crystals, and the flavor and topping selection is excellent. The sundaes are definitely worth getting, and the waffle cone is nice and warm. The mint chip has mint that is diced up, not like other mint chip with hard pieces of chocolate. There are tons of flavors, some traditional and special ones like Ube and lemon chiffon. One employee handled everything with grace, kindness, and great customer service. The scoops are very generous. The new owners did a beautiful job renovating and were welcoming. They offer taste samples and have free sprinkles. It is a great community gathering space.
