Food was outstanding, friendly staff and the neighborhood was enjoyable.
New management; same fun, funky interior, similar menu, slightly different counter service
Ordered a burrito. This is the first time I had been there and let me tell you, when I got the burrito, it was packed. I spent almost $20.00 and to me it was well worth it.

Los Cantaros Taqueria is a little restaurant with deliciouso food. The cashier is amazing, and the cooks make the food so good. Menu highlights include shrimp enchiladas with refried beans and champuarrada, excellent chicken mole, and the best vegetarian quesadilla. It is a goto spot for breakfast burritos, like the huge chorizo & eggs burrito and steak & eggs burrito. The steak & eggs comes with eggs over medium and can get messy. The food is always solid, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant came under new management and reopened June 9 2025. The changes are impressive, with new lighting and a cleaner space. The food quality has really stepped up; everything tasted fresh, cooked and seasoned well, with generous chips. The staff is friendlier, and the service is much more organized. The super burrito carnitas was excellent, and the atmosphere was top notch. It feels like a completely new experience.
