Great place to pick up coffee and a bagel for breakfast or a salad, sandwich or wrap for lunch. All of the food is very good and high quality. Be sure to check the specials menu, because the specials are usually really great. The staff is also really cool. There isn't much seating, so it's best for food to go.
I am always apprehensive about eating at a coffeehouse like cafe like this place as I have worked at many similar places... and know the standards of quality at similar places.That being said, Montse's has great quality food at a reasonable price served by friendly staff.I've had the chicken pita several times and really enjoy it. Their brealfasts are a great deal and they in general are awesome.Glad i stumbled across this place.

Great little find. Need signage on the hip Linden Street side. Grape and Pinapple Mix is great, not too sweet. Pastrami sandwich is good, but make sure you ask them to hold the jalapeños if you can't handle the heat. Love the brown paper bag. Wish they'd eliminate straws or charge for them.
