We had the black garlic (non spicy) ramen and the tonkatsu ramen, both with chashu as the protein. Tonkatsu ramen broth lacked any body or flavor to the broth. It felt like both ramen used the same broth. Black garlic didn't add any extra flavor to the broth. The plus was the egg was soft boiled and the chashu was soft (not dried out). Sadly, this spot has declined in quality over the past few months and gotten more expensive. It used to be my go-to spot for the spicy miso ramen.The recipe has changed- the broth is overly salty, the eggs are hard boiled, and the noodles are gummier.
