Was looking and looking for a taco caterer in Lancaster for my daughters graduation and since we don't live there haven't tried out many caterers there, but to my luck found Taquizas y Carnitas. I sent a message through yelp and quickly got a response from Omar. He broke things down for me and prices. They don't only offer tacos, they have many menu options. I worked the AV Fair and had their tacos on two separate occasions. Meats were juicy and tender, salsas were flavorful and spicy and my favorite part was the finely chopped onion and cilantro. If only I lived closer I would be able to have their food more often.
