We encountered this Indian fusion food truck at Almanac Brewery in Alameda. We were immediately excited by the extremely creative menu with so many options. There are many vegetarian options as well as meat. We ordered the paneer tacos and got the tikka masala sauce on the side and it was so fresh and flavorful! I love me some food truck. The dispatcher is so innovative by combining Mexican and Indian food together, which resulted in the best tasting dish you can ask for. Their cilantro lime salsa was so yummy, and this is coming from someone who picks off cilantro off any dish. But not this one. If I could get a tub of it, I would.
