Food is okay, but the prices definitely make you feel like you're donating to the zoo for school lunch food, rivaling sporting event prices. Service was decent, even with multiple automated ordering systems.What you really pay for is the view... and forgetting zoo snacks for your kids...

Desparate times call for desparate measuresI was starving and my toddler fell asleep in my arms and I'm stranded with no strollerI come up to the first cash register and see employees willfully ignore me, so I come to the second register closer so I can get eye contact and girl with the green hair tells me to go to the other register where I was at originally. First off don't expect much from this place. I gave them 3 tries and they failed every time. On our recent encounter the order took them about 50min. I think I only got my order in that time-frame bcuz i complained it was taking too long at the 45min mark. I only ordered fries, a premade sandwich and a burger. It shouldn't take that long. The food came out cold. Which means it was just sitting there. No idea what they are doing. They should reformat their whole entire process....read full review
