“One may not think a takeout dimsum restaurant in a plaza next to Safeway in Brentwood is worth raving about, but boy are they wrong! This place deserves ALL the praise. The prices are affordable, dimsum items are huge, and the quality is no different if not better than some of the dimsum restaurants I've been to. I don't think there's anything on their menu I have not thoroughly enjoyed. Some honorable mentions include their lava buns, siumai, lotus wrapped sticky rice, shrimp dumplings, pineapple buns, pork buns, and don't sleep in their fragrant chili oil. I always forget to take pictures before I finish the food but look at the size of their chicken XXL bun. This thing is the size of my whole hand! Phone for scale. We don't live close to Brentwood but we find reasons to go out there to visit Dimsum Basket 🥰“

“My wife wanted me to get pastries for a brunch she was having for a friend. My knee jerk reaction was to go to a grocery store, but I decided to check and see if there was a bakery in the area. I found Paris Baguette on the map and decided to take a chance though I wasn't expecting much. Paris Baguette completely exceeded my expectations, each pastry was really excellent and obviously made with care. Subsequently, Paris Baguette was the first place I thought of when grocery store bakery ineptitude had me scrambling last minute for a substitute cake. I cannot recommend them highly enough.“

Gave them a 4 stars because one time I ordered over phone and told me 10 minutes then 10 minutes later I arrive to store n they havent even started making it and didn’t even know I ordered but at the end they made it in 5 minutes“

“The Senorita bread was really good warm, but after it cooled down, it was just ok. The Bavarian cream pastry was awful and the cream tasted fake, like really fake ?The raspberry pastry was better. However the sugar on the outside gets everywhere and imho it's unnecessary.“

“finally stopped in for the first time, now driving me nuts that I haven't before. I grabbed a few chicken dinners with veggies, some whipped topping and two personal pies. the chicken falls right off the bone, it's moist and full of flavor. there were fresh green beans, potatoes and squash with it. Delicious! My husband ate his apple pie without utensils. he said it was amazing. the pecan pie with a bite of the whipped topping was phenomenal, although neither needed the other to be amazing. so many wonderful things to get there in the shop. staff is so wonderfully kind. the store is clean and well organized. Exactly the place you want to go to. I will return, many times.“

“So every Panera is kinda the same. Food hits it out of the park.The one here in Brentwood is getting a little worn down. The boothes all have holes or patches. Dirty floors.Weird thing is that the place was packed and every time I've gone has been packed. So you'd think they would invest in making it look good too.“
