“We had a wonderful dinner at The Altamont last night. Everything was fresh and we finally had a meal that was worth paying for. Steak sandwich, Ruben (specials they were offering), pork sandwich and a kids cheese burger. We also shared a side of fries. We will definitely make the trip back out again soon to enjoy more of their offerings. Also the building is beautiful! Bonus that it is kid friendly!”

“Great food and lots of it. It’s all good but my favorite is minestrone. Filled with veggies in a wonderful tomato broth. I always get at least one quart to go to eat throughout the week. Don’t forget the cookies”

“Terrapin Creek was worth every penny. My Wife and I went here 2 nights in a row. First night I had the pork chop ( best pork chop I’ve ever had). Wife had the Duck. ( also the best duck I’ve had at a restaurant. We had scallops as an appetizer and Ceaser salad. Scallops were cooked perfectly. Salad was probably the only thing I wouldn’t rate as a 5⭐️. The second night I had the Steak and Wife had the fish stew. ( both were delicious) We also tried the corn soup which was a corn purée with jalapeño oil. Great soup and the jalapeño oil adds a nice flavor. Service was incredible, ambience was great. You could get dressed up but you could also go there with casual attire and not feel out of place. All around a really great restaurant with amazing food. The passion fruit cheesecake is a must try. Extremely good food with service to match.”

“The food was a delicate mix of Mediterranean flavors. A daring mix of ingredients that challenged and amazed our palates. My wife and I enjoyed tasting each of these delicate dishes. We had to ask for a slice of bread to finish our dishes. Even the sourdough slice came toasted just as it should be!

Too bad we had only the tin octopus. They didn’t have the seasonal charred octopus. You can skip the tin fish imho.

For wine we had the French Crozes-hermitage from the Rhône valley. A sure bet that did not deceive.”

“What can I say, thai food is delicious, I was happy with most things on the menu, loved the fried chicken with the fried kefir leaves, pad thai really good but not a fan of the chives dumplings. Come in the happy hour, great deals and the food offering is great as well, had a fun time with my girlfriend. Will definitely come back”

“A group of 8 of us stayed at the home at Bricoleur. Our stay was amazing. Mark, Chris, Libby and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and getting the most of our stay. The lunches and dinner exceeded our expectations. It was a relaxing go at your own pace vacation. They made you feel like you were part of the Bricoleur family.

“Porter Creek Winery was such a peaceful gem and one of the highlights of our wine country trip. The team (Crystal) went above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying a little late so we could enjoy the experience — and we’re so grateful they did!

The setting was absolutely stunning — quiet, serene, and surrounded by natural beauty. It was the kind of view that makes you want to take a deep breath and stay a while. The wines were just as memorable, especially the Zinfandels — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

To top it all off, we were greeted by Poppy, the sweetest dog who made the whole experience even more charming. Between the warm hospitality, the incredible wines, and the peaceful ambiance, it was the perfect way to wind down our day.

“Amazing place to get a bite. I’ve had Spud’s for a few years now. Their clam chowder is the best I’ve ever had. I live 2 hours away, but make sure I get down to bodega bay every few months. The location is awesome, parking can be not great if it’s the weekend and it’s busy. It’s also great they have specials and locally caught seafood. If you haven’t heard of Spud’s then I’m sorry for ya. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone.”
