“Elissa puts so much thought and dedication into her delicious creations. You won't find Costco muffins repackaged in cellophane at this cafe - you WILL find her handmade recreations of traditional French pastries, fun fantasy-themed original creations, alongside custom flavored and hand-painted chocolates. Highly recommend, delicious. I only wish we lived closer and could visit more often (but that's why my wife has a monthly chocolate subscription to Elissa's companion business, 'Chocolates by E')“

“The Yellow Deli is truly a serene experience! From the service to the food to the actual deli brings peace and comfort!! It's like going to a good friends home and eating a meal, familiar and relaxing! Their salmon chowder to die for!!! Never a cold sandwich!!! I love this! Homemade everything! Carrot cake, what to say..utterly amazing!!! Prices so so reasonable for what you get!! The servers are a family and they treat you like family! You must go to Yellow Deli!! You will sing it's praises too!!“

“Great casual spot for an excellent sandwich and an excellent Belgian beer! It's a small, cozy place that has a good layout and balance between decor, TVs, seating, and open space. Perfect option for a laid back lunch or no-fuss happy hour. The guys behind the bar are welcoming, and the sandwich-meister is top notch!“

“Campus Café is a fantastic food stop for breakfast or lunch. Today I did their Korean barbecue that was their special for Thursday. So yummy. Has just the right amount of fight and balanced out nicely with the salad. You won’t be disappointed coming here.“
“This place is great. I have been coming here for lunch for five years. Family owned. Jimmy and his wife take great care of you. I love the sandwiches, so delicious. Too many great ones to list out. Very fresh ingredients, just like you made it at home. Great hole-in-the wall spot in Carlsbad.

“Between the employees genuinely being the best part because of their kindness, the food being absolutely delicious (try the californian and some fries), and it being served to you in 5 minutes this place cannot be beat! “Love this place! My son is a lifeguard down at the beach. He went straight from camping to work and didn't have lunch. I ordered him a sandwich and they took the time to deliver to the lifeguard tower. That is service! I appreciate them saving mom a trip on a busy beach day. Excellent employees and sandwiches!“
