Hi Jack, I been crazy about your strawberry shake for as long as I can remember, well I got one for lunch and asked where was the cherry,? Her reply was I don't know and I don't know if they have any, just stood there looking at me. Before I was out of the parking lot my shake was already going flat... Also night shift after 12 midnight you might get someone to answer and might not. Then sometimes we are only taking online orders, but the person in front of me just did an order....read full review

I actually love this location it’s the only one that always gets my orders right unlike some other Jack locations especially when Julia is working she makes sure everything is handled with care!! I’ve had my fair share of Jack locations but this one is by far the best and cleanest lol
