“Went there for breakfast on Saturday early (8:30) to beat the rush. Only waited 20 minutes. Had belly to belly, creme brulee french toast. avocado toast, and two orders of the berry cloud pancakes. For drinks we had classic coffee, Pandan latte, Spanish latte, and Cookie? latte. Both drinks and food were great. Only complaint is that we order the 2nd pancake a few minutes late and it didn't arrive till most of us were finished. Be warned .. get your orders in for the cloud pancakes early. It will take 20-30 minutes to arrive.“

“*worth it long wait time* we came on a Saturday morning and waited 40 min but they were packed and busy which you know the food would be good. I got the steak and eggs and my husband got the chilaquiles. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a while food came out quick and cooked to perfection. First time and I was impressed! The staff was working hard to get everyone in and out. I appreciate the staff for working so hard and helping us get the best food possible. First time and won’t be the last !“

The food was excellent, the ambience homey, cool, and relaxed, and the staff professional and kind. I would absolutely stop again. Plenty of free parking. Arrived at 11am on Saturday with a party of 2 wait less than 10 minutes.“

“Second time here and it’s quickly becoming our go-to stop before heading up to our campground in Wrightwood. The place is small but super clean, food comes out fast, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Honestly, everything about this spot is great — except the coffee. It’s giving donut shop coffee, which I can’t stand. Other than that, highly recommend if you’re in the area!“

“Claremont Village Eatery is delish! I've only ever gotten the breakfast burritos, but will be sure to try other things in the future.
Today, we got the Claremont Loop Burrito (no onion) and the Rhino Burrito. Both were great, and big enough to save half for lunch. Service was simple but kind. Inside the restaurant isn't too crowded, plenty of room to move around, and nice air flow.

Also, huge shout out for their chairs. They seem really thoughtfully chosen. Although they look like they might be the standard uncomfortable metal stacking chairs so many restaurants have these days, they are a nice size, don't cut into your hips, and they slide in and out really nicely (no loud metal screech!) It seems like such a simple thing, but being able to sit comfortably while you eat your meal is so nice!

I've also catered a large order of their breakfast burritos for my work and they were a hit! Definitely a great option if you need a hearty breakfast before a big event.“
