“I am a regular... Nayeli, the Manager, is special! ...today, for example, when I requested ice water, she offered to fill the cup saving me the effort! I replied that she is obviously busy, and I would fill the cup. I am sure that you can understand how this made this senior feel!
A couple weeks later today... Angie served me well, Nayelli greeted me warmly, and Angie volunteered to "drive" the kiosk for a customer. This place rocks!“

“This is the FIRST time in my entire life Ive been handed a stir stick with my coffee. Such a tiny thing but now my coffee is enjoyable from first sip to last instead of the cream and sugar just sitting at the bottom of the cup. Brilliant move, very happy with this!“

The employee I asked about it went immediately to a line supervision or manager who took care of it so it was right. It was amazing to see staff focused on customer service and taking initiative. “Breakfast at McDonald's is always the best, at least that's how I remembered... the hash browns were ?& seasoned perfectly followed with a sausage mc muffin! I don't live far from the fast food place and by the time I got home my meal was hx. What was left? Dessert a Carmel Frappe xtra drizzle just the way I like it. I haven't had a brkfst for aaaalong time from there and to my surprise I wasn't disappointed. Thx u Micky D's for somethings i should never forget.“
