“I am a regular... Nayeli, the Manager, is special! ...today, for example, when I requested ice water, she offered to fill the cup saving me the effort! I replied that she is obviously busy, and I would fill the cup. I am sure that you can understand how this made this senior feel!
A couple weeks later today... Angie served me well, Nayelli greeted me warmly, and Angie volunteered to "drive" the kiosk for a customer. This place rocks!“

“I came Monday morning through the drive-thru for a coffee asked for cream and sugar the female repeated how I wanted my coffee and she still got it wrong and walked away from window ...a manager happen to walk by and corrected my order. I left a little upset. I came back at midnight for iced tea and a cheeseburger, and the young lady at the window was amazing. I wish I had taken her name to have her recognized for her customer service skills. She made my night!.“
“Food is always right, never had them mess up my order so far. I don't visit this location as much, however today I visited and the line was long as usual, its next to the mall so its expected we don't mind, however the guy that gave us the food was a bit rude. Pretty much shoving the bag of food into my car. I was trying to set my drinks down. I understand it is busy but hold on man!
Food was warm, all modifications were done properly, happy with my cheeseburger lol!“
“They did an amazing job! I ordered at a kiosk but had a special request (sausage on the side). The employee I asked about it went immediately to a line supervision or manager who took care of it so it was right. It was amazing to see staff focused on customer service and taking initiative.
