“Came here for dinner and they were fully staffed and were sat down right away. Asked if we could switch seats at a less busier area and they had no issues. Sat down and waited a good 10 minutes for service. I didn't mind, but there was literally so dead, there were barely any customers eating and had a full house staff walking around (even 3 girls at the host table).Waitress came and apologized for the wait and took our orders. Ordered the 10 piece traditional wings bogo 50% so it would be a total of 20 pieces for the price of 10 and a half. Took about 25 minutes to bring the food out. We were hungry and wondering why it was taking so long? I'm assuming it would be fresh that's why it took quite a while to make it. The food came and was surprised by the size of the wings and legs, usually buffalo wild wings don't really have good sized wings, but this one did!Put the sauces on the side because Mango Habanero was too hot for my partner and Parmesan Garlic as a wet sauce doesn't taste good on chicken in my opinion.But overall food was good, service was good, and prices were fair!“
“Let's be honest... That buffalo singing on the commercials brought you in... It brought us all back to Bdubs... My client had a hankerin' for some wings.... Was it a great... Not the best quality for the price... But their sauces are on point. After a brief wait, due to lack of wait staff at lunch on a Friday... Ughhhh, come on managers, hire correctly and staff accordingly. Service is KEY to a great experience. Our service was slow, to the point the table next to us tipped .75... Yep, 75 cents! wow... Slow, but thats rough. Drinks should NEVER get below 30% level... It did... So I get the frustration. But the atmosphere was great, plenty of TVs to watch your favorite game. Food was hot. Flavorful. Had wings, with fries and drink combo... Added onion rings on side. Rings a bit bland and not enough crispy crunch you expect from a good ring! So, not write home to family on this one... But good.“
