Very friendly and helpful staff.
Food's like other carls, but every employee on the counter including the drive thru and manager have ugly attitude problems and can make you feel like they don't want to work there. The only reason I go there is mostly cause is the nearest to my work and if it weren't for the time, I would drive to the one on Bristol instead

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a solid location with a clean and well-maintained restaurant. The staff is friendly, giving excellent customer service, and the drive-thru is very efficient. The food is prepared correctly, and customers can order with confidence. The Happy Hour line up cannot be beaten, with good combinations like fried zucchini, jalapeños poppers, and swirl strawberry cheesecake. The vanilla shakes and cookies & cream milkshake hit the spot. The place is pretty understaffed, but the manager kept a cool demeanor and multi-tasked to ensure customers had a pleasant stay. As fast food places go, it is pricier than most, but customers are getting more bang for their buck.
