I visited this Carl’s Jr. location and accidentally received a burger that contained pork, which I don’t eat. When I mentioned this to the staff, Elizabeth Rahon came over to help me. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. She immediately offered to remake my burger, and her positive attitude truly made my day. Elizabeth is a sincere, compassionate, and good‑hearted person, and I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

Based on the reviews, this Carl’s Jr. location is very clean and has good service. The staff is friendly, and the manager Pedro is superb, with a smiley disposition and excellent service. He is attentive and provides a good ambiance. When a customer accidentally received a burger with pork, staff member Elizabeth Rahon was incredibly kind and genuinely caring, immediately offering to remake the burger. The food is always hot, fries are crispy, and the soda is well carbonated. The food is good, with favorite items being the big sandwiches and the poppers. However, the restaurant has really bad milkshakes lately, which are watery and 100% liquid when freshly handed over. Despite being seemingly understaffed, the service remains good and customers appreciate the work of the staff.
