It was very busy for lunch service but we sat at our table for 16 mins before someone took our order and it was 25 mins to get our food. I’ve been coming here for a long time so I like it normally but this was a bit much. Food did not have the same zest as usual either. I’m wondering if they changed cooks.
We got take out for the whole family. Both the yellow and pineapple curry were excellent. The Thai fried rice was great. The orange chicken was perhaps the best I have ever tasted. The pad see ew was good, the broccoli was nearly raw, it would have been better with just a slight more cook. Altogether the food was great, service friendly and quick. Would recommend.
Lanta Thai is my go to lunch place for Thai food for decades (it was previously Thai Swan). Prices are extremely reasonable especially for their lunch specials. Food is great. Service is fast (sometimes too fast). The atmosphere is basic but clean. The place is not too big so I recommend making a reservation for larger parties. And I really big on supporting family owned businesses.
